What is Broker Sidekick?
Broker Sidekick is a broker support platform that helps brokers start, grow and connect. We offer mentoring, coaching, community, tools, resources and access to aggregation services through our head agreement with Nectar Mortgages Group.
Are you an aggregator?
We are not a standalone aggregator. Broker Sidekick operates under a head agreement with Nectar Mortgages Group, a boutique aggregator with a non exclusive enterprise agreement with LMG.
What are your commission splits?
Our standard commission split starts at 85 percent upfront and 85 percent trail of what the lender pays. There are no monthly volume targets or settlement requirements.
What happens if I want to leave?
You own your business, customer relationships, data and trail book, subject to the terms of your licence agreement. Our standard notice period is 30 days and we will work with you on a smooth transition. Eligible trail can continue to be paid after you leave, subject to the agreement, compliance requirements and any minimum trail balance provisions.
Can I aggregate elsewhere but still use Broker Sidekick as my mentor?
In short, no. Our mentoring support is connected to the systems, compliance environment and platforms we use. We do not offer new broker mentorship support for other aggregator models because we cannot provide the same level of oversight or guidance.
What support do I get when I join?
You get access to practical support based on where you are in your broker journey.
This can include mentoring, business coaching, scenario support, technology guidance, community access, templates, tools, lender support, marketing resources and connections to trusted industry partners.
The goal is simple. You should not have to figure everything out alone. Broker Sidekick gives you the people, tools and support to build your business with more confidence.
Can I access coaching or consulting services from Broker Sidekick without joining your aggregation services?
Yes, on a case by case basis.
Broker Sidekick can provide coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, business reviews, workshops and project support to brokers who are not part of our aggregation environment.
Some services, such as new broker mentoring, may only be available to brokers operating inside our approved systems and compliance environment. This is because mentoring requires proper oversight, file review and platform access.
For coaching and consulting, we are happy to talk through what you need and confirm whether we are the right fit.
